Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases from ashleyloves.com, operated by LixFix, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders. An order is accepted when we email your receipt. We may cancel and refund any order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is shown at checkout where it applies.

Shipping and delivery. See our shipping page. Delivery estimates are estimates; carrier delays outside our control can happen, especially in December.

Returns. See our returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Products. Items are novelty and consumer gadgets intended for personal use. Follow the included instructions, keep small parts away from young children, and don't leave battery-powered items charging unattended.

Warranty and liability. We'll replace or refund items that arrive defective or damaged. Beyond that, to the extent permitted by law, products are provided as-is and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

Disputes. Please email us first; we fix almost everything within a day. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
