Who we are. LixFix, LLC ("Ashley Loves", "we") operates ashleyloves.com. Contact: hello@ashleyloves.com.

What we collect. When you order: your name, email, phone, shipping address and the items you bought. When you browse: the pages you view, items you add to your cart, device and browser information, IP address, and advertising identifiers set by cookies (including Meta's _fbp and _fbc cookies when you arrive from an ad).

Payments. Card details are entered on and processed by Stripe, Inc. We never receive or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment step.

What we use it for. Fulfilling and shipping your order (we share your name, address and the items with the warehouse that ships them), sending order and shipping emails, answering support requests, preventing fraud, and measuring and improving our advertising.

Advertising measurement. We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to understand which ads lead to purchases. This sends Meta hashed contact details and order information. You can opt out of personalised ads in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and you can block cookies in your browser.

Who else sees it. Stripe (payments), our US fulfilment warehouses and carriers (shipping), our email provider (order updates), Meta (ad measurement) and hosting providers. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention. Order records are kept as long as required for tax, accounting and dispute purposes (generally 7 years). Browsing data is kept for up to 2 years.

Your rights. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails, by emailing hello@ashleyloves.com. California residents may exercise their CCPA rights the same way; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the measurement described above.

Children. Our store is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes. We'll post any changes here with a new date.
