Returns & refunds

30 days, no drama. Not the hit you hoped for? Return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Holiday extension. Anything ordered November 1 to December 24, 2026 can be returned through January 25, 2027, so gifts opened on the 25th are covered.

How. Email hello@ashleyloves.com with your order number (it starts with LX-) and a sentence on what went wrong. We reply within one business day.

No shipping anything back. For almost everything we sell, posting it back costs more than the item is worth, so we don't ask you to. We refund, and you keep it, re-gift it or donate it. If we ever do need an item back, we send a prepaid label and the address with it.

Refunds. Issued to your original payment method within 2 business days of your email. Your bank may take 5–10 days to show it. Original shipping is refunded too when the item was damaged, defective or not as described.

Wrong or missing item. Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost.

Gifts. Gift recipients can return too. We refund to the original purchaser.

Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until they ship, usually within a few hours of ordering. Email us fast with the order number.
