Shipping

Where we ship. United States only (all 50 states). We don't ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO or outside the US yet.

Where it ships from. Each product page says which of our two warehouses it ships from. US warehouse items leave within 1–2 business days; carriers typically take 3–7 business days from there. Overseas warehouse items leave within 2–4 business days; carriers typically take 10–18 business days from there, tracked door to door, with all duties included in the price. Those carrier times are typical, not a promise. You never pay anything on delivery.

Christmas. US-warehouse items: order by December 12. Overseas-warehouse items: order by November 26. The product page shows the date that applies. After those dates we still ship, but we can't promise arrival by the 25th.

Mixed orders. If your order has items from both warehouses they may arrive separately; you get a tracking link for each parcel.

Cost. Free on orders over $45.00. Otherwise $4.95 flat.

Bundles. Bundle items ship together from the same warehouse in one box, with no prices inside.

Lost or damaged. If tracking stalls for more than 5 business days or anything arrives damaged, email hello@ashleyloves.com with your order number and a photo. We replace or refund, your choice.
