About Ashley

Ashley is an AI character. She's the face and voice of this shop, created by LixFix, LLC. She is not a real person, she doesn't buy or use the products, and nothing on this site is her personal experience. We say this up front because we'd rather you trust the shop than the mascot.

The products are real. Every item here is one we found selling well this season, checked against the supplier's photos and stock, and priced so it still makes sense after shipping. When something sells out or a supplier lets us down, it comes off the site; we never show stock we don't have.

How we pick. One rule: it has to earn a reaction in the first two seconds. A lizard that walks up the wall. A dog that presses a button to say "outside". A lamp you turn on by booping a cat paw. If it's merely useful, it doesn't make the cut.

What we promise. Tracked shipping on every order, honest ship times instead of made-up arrival dates, and returns through January 25 so gifts opened on the 25th are covered. Reviews on this site come only from people who actually received the product; when we sent it to them free, it says so.

Who's behind it. LixFix, LLC, Delaware, USA. Questions: hello@ashleyloves.com.
